Terms and Conditions & Membership Agreement.

This is a legal agreement between you and www.goldcoders.com for the use of a www.goldcoders.com spots (referred as the 'Service'), either purchased directly through us, or through any associate partner. use of the service is permitted only to those who have read, understand and agree to these Terms of service in the entirety and should you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this service. You must be over 18 years of age to use this website.

THE SERVICE

If you are dissatisfied with the Service or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices in operating the Service, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Service.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are solely responsible for all your activities while using our systems, You also must have read this agreement in its entirety and agree to all before use thereof. By clicking the "Buy a Spot" Button on any of our pages, and thus joining the www.goldcoders.com web site, you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Spamming is absolutely prohibited and will result in termination without warning of membership, and without refund. www.goldcoders.com reserves the sole rights to determine what constitutes spam or abuse and no correspondence will be entered into.

Cheating, hacking, slander, Chargeback or other malicious activity will result in immediate spot termination. Sending abusive e-mail to admin or support, or what could be considered as abusive personally or professionally will result in instant termination of account and loss of all money deposited or pending, You agree that it is your responsibility to make yourself familiar with the way this system works and you understand that no refund for spot purchased will be given under any circumstances unless it is agreed by the administrator that we are directly responsible for any errors.

www.goldcoders.com makes no guarantees whatsoever as income achieved via its programs, and by agreeing to these terms you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree that you may or may not achieve a certain income from the www.goldcoders.com programs. You also are aware that in any Internet money doubling program, your income will depend on the combined efforts of all members' activity in generating new signups and purchasing spots in available lines. As a result, there is no guarantees to how long it will take for your positions to cycle, nor how much money, if any, you will earn. By agreeing, you understand that there are no refunds given for lack of understanding of how this program works or for spots added to the system. Also, you understand that our program does not mean and has not to be intended as a solicitation to Invest Money with the aim to receive interest or high return, nor www.goldcoders.comoffer to manage the received money to provide high returns. This program is neither a pyramid program nor MLM program. The only part of this program that may be considered as MLM would be the optional Affiliate program available to all members. By agreeing, you understand that all money you deposit and use to buy spots will be added to the system or at Cycling position, Your spot will entitle you to the cash percentage value of that spot upon that spot cycling out of the system as and when at cycling position and upon another member purchasing new spots from the funds added. By agreeing, you willingly consent to take part in this money sharing system and agree that you do this with complete understanding of the way it works and at your own free will.

THE SERVICE IS DISTRIBUTED ON "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. www.goldcoders.com WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES OR COSTS THAT YOU AND/OR YOUR BUSINESS MAY SUFFER WHEN USING THE SERVICE. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS www.goldcoders.com FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM YOUR USE THE SERVICE. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. NEITHER www.goldcoders.com NOR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY AS A RESULT OF THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE SERVICE.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE
The Service may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission or storage of pornography and sex-related content and merchandising and/or any material in violation of any international, federal or any state law or regulation is expressly prohibited.

You agree not to send unsolicited bulk e-mail messages using the Service or mentioning e-mail address or URL that is maintained on www.goldcoders.com server (excluding your assigned email address (or addresses) and assigned URL (or URLs)). Such action will result in immediate termination of your bought spots without refund. We will charge $1,500 clean up fee to you. You will also be in violation to this Service Agreement and subject to legal action.

You agree not to provide false or misleading information on the Service sign up form. This includes, but is not limited to providing false name or e-mail address.

Your privacy is protected and your e-mail will not be shared with any third party.

www.goldcoders.com shall have the right to suspend service to the subscriber at any time, and for any reason, without notice. If such a suspension is to last for more than 15 days, the subscriber will be notified as to the reason.

Should you violate terms of this Service Agreement, www.goldcoders.com reserves the right to immediately terminate your access and use of the Service without prior notice.

These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with terms and conditions of any order submitted.

Withdrawals
We are not a Currency Exchanger! We will pay you out to the same account you invested from. This stops abuse of people converting funds from one payment processor to another. There will be no withdrawals allowed until after the first launch. After the First launch full members’ full earnings will be automatically withdrawn as soon as they appear. With the word earnings we mean: the sum of the money cashed by cycling in any line and the amount of your referrals earnings. We do not allow withdrawals of any amount just sitting in your account. Please think at it before to deposit any amount and never deposit what you can not afford to lose ! Also deposit the amount of your choice only if you are ready to fully enter the program. Anyone can just stay as a referring member and then join the lines with the amount earned by referrals. Withdrawals can take up to 7 days to process from the moment we receive them and funds will be transferred to the same account you used to fund your account originally.

You are responsible for protecting your account password and user information. We recommend that all members install a firewall as it is possible for others to get information from your computer without your knowledge. We will do our best to ensure that any earning is paid out to the owner of the respective account but will not be held responsible for loss due to lack of security protocol on your own computer.
